Club Duvet Name In Suit
Club Duvet was recently named as a defendant in a wrongful death lawsuit arising of their failure to provide security for their patrons. Michael Joseph has also filed a personal injury lawsuit against Club Duvet and their security company on behalf of injured police officer.
It seems Club Duvet had a policy of pushing people involved in altercations outside and making no effort to control what happened. Their “not my problem attitude has caused several people to become injured.
Club Duvet has had their liquor license revoked and has been found to be in violation of the Alcohol and Beverage Control laws for violent occurences inside their club and for permitting an uncontrolled atmosphere to exist.
